NORWOOD PARK - ONE OF THE BEST, MOST LUXURIOUS WEDDING VENUES IN NOTTINGHAMSHIRE
As soon as you enter Norwood Park, the exclusive private country estate in Southwell, Nottinghamshire, you can feel that it has been restored to its original grandeur. As a group of photographers and wedding suppliers working within the wedding industry, we organized a wedding styled shoot at this venue and had plenty of time to explore the best photo spots. This way, you can envision your wedding day and see how many amazing photos you could create there.
The Orangery at Norwood Park
Let's start with your bridal preparation. Despite the storm and rather awful weather during the shoot, as soon as we entered the Orangery where the bridal preparation usually happens, suddenly the day became brighter. The Orangery is filled with natural light coming through the window roof. That's definitely a great setting to get ready in.
Have a look at some photographs taken at the Orangery at Norwood Park below!
The bedrooms
As soon as we finished with makeup on the first model, we headed to the Norwood Bedrooms to see if it's suitable to take any photos. Of course, it was! The bedrooms are very spacious, extremely comfortable, and offer some amazing photo opportunities. The bedrooms are en-suite, so we used that fact to take a few shots in there as well. If you have a bit more time during your bridal preparations, you could really choose from different photo scenarios at Norwood Park.
Ceremony rooM at Norwood PArk
Then we headed to the ceremony room, where we also took some amazing photos. The ceremony room is very spacious and bright.
Wedding Ceremony or reception at the Clock Tower
The Clock Tower is a timeless Palladian hall painted entirely in white with oak flooring, enormous sash windows, a paneled ceiling, oversized arched mirrors, and a sequence of enormous gold chandeliers. It's a great canvas for any colors you decide to choose for your wedding theme. This is what we and other suppliers created in that room. As the current year trend is color, I believe we are very up-to-date with current trends. Purple chosen as a theme colour for your wedding can be truly amazing. Have a look at that amazing set up.

Thanks to the amazing roof windows, they are full of light whihc make them a perfect background for a shoot.
Stunning grounds and the bandstand
The grounds at Norwood Park are a true gem. They've been designed and taken care of so well that you could hold the ceremony and the reception outside. They actually offer a possibility to have a ceremony at the Bandstand. I believe that the grounds are one of the main assets of this venue, as they make you feel like you are in a carefully designed luxury place.
