I recently attended a friend's wedding in Poland, which took place by the Polish Mazury. For those who don't know, it's a place with plenty of lakes and forests, similar to the English Lake District.
The wedding was a three-day celebration! Almost all the guests were accommodated in a privately owned space that isn't usually used for weddings. However, since it's owned by the family, the couple transformed the barn into an amazing venue! They rented tables, chairs, catering, hired a band, and took care of their own decorations, carefully selecting all the details of the day.
Here are some photos from the main wedding day, along with some tips and insights! Please read the photo descriptions and, as always, be inspired!

Fortune cookies
Fortune cookies can be a nice touch for your wedding guests, adding a playful and interactive element to the celebration while providing them with a little surprise and message of good fortune.

renting table and chairs
Opting to rent a table and chairs for your wedding at a privately owned space offers a splendid opportunity to indulge in the opulence of authentic seating, adding a touch of luxury and elegance to your special day.

photos all around
Displaying printed photos around the wedding barn, beautifully lit with gentle LED lights, creates a captivating and sentimental decoration that adds warmth, personal touch, and visual charm to the atmosphere.

seating cards
Enhance the elegance of your wedding by using easels to display beautifully crafted seating cards, inviting guests to find their designated seats with grace and style, adding a touch of sophistication to your special day.

create your own space for portraits
Creating your own space for portraits can be as easy as hanging a pair of curtains on a wooden frame! This simple setup can provide a beautiful backdrop for capturing memorable moments. To enhance the experience, consider adding a table next to the curtain backdrop. Here, you can place a guest book for loved ones to leave heartfelt messages, an Instax camera for instant photo souvenirs, and a variety of colorful pens to encourage creative expressions. You can also provide additional props to spark inspiration and help guests with posing ideas.
Now time for my favourite shots and a photoshoot by the lake during a sunset!
